Even though one of our panels was damaged through transit the issue was handled in a professional and timely manner with the replacement being installed as soon as possible. My only regret was not considering the access we needed to clean the gutters on our weird roof but for a little bit of hassle a few days a year versus what we are saving on our power bill, there is no contest.
